Trashed Xbox Repair - Part One

This console was gifted to me after it redring'd, and was trashed in a parking lot, and left in the snow. The system did not power on. I disassembled it, cleaned it, replaced the thermal paste on the CPU & GPU, and repaired the disk drive enough for the system to not care that it is not functioning properly. Below are some pictures of the progress. Photo quality is not the best.

 CD drive board chip
It's a little difficult to see the board, the metal case forced the it to bend when it was bashed off something hard. As far as I can tell, it's dumb luck the board didn't break. I've outlined it with some MSPaint skills to try to highlight the degree of ding it took without breaking. Had this corner snapped, the system would have been shot.
The cooling fans are shot. One is too bent to spin, the other has all of the solder points broken, and fell apart.
